NFC & Smartphone Door Access

Tap your phone to open the door. No physical cards, no lost keys. Works on any Android or iPhone.

How Smartphone Door Access Works

Employees receive a digital access credential on their smartphone. To open a door, they tap the phone against the NFC reader — or scan a QR code. No physical card is required. The system logs every entry in real time.

Supported Access Methods

  • NFC — tap phone to reader (all modern Android and iPhone)
  • Apple Wallet — Express Mode: open door without unlocking phone
  • Google Wallet — same convenience for Android users
  • QR code — for older devices or as a backup method
  • Bluetooth — hands-free entry for specific door types

Security

  • Encrypted credentials — cannot be copied or shared
  • Instant revocation — remove access in seconds from admin dashboard
  • Per-user permissions — each employee has access only to doors they're authorized for
  • Full entry log — every tap recorded with timestamp, employee, and door
  • ISO 27001 — all data encrypted and securely stored
